Minutes Secretary - Daisy Asaman
The minutes secretary is responsible for recording the minutes
from the youth council meetings and distributing them to youth
council members.
Finance Manager - TBC
Being finance manager is about making sure the petty cash is
done at the monthly meetings, but this year it has been more than
that. The youth council has now been set a budget and the finance
managers role is to organise that budget so we use it to its
full potential. This means working with the youth council and
deciding what to spend the money and to make sure the whole youth
council body gets a say in what it is spent on.b Master /
Technician - Jake Inwood
Membership Liason Officers - Jake Inwood and Alex
Brown
Jake and Alex are active youth council members and are
responsible for the reception area in the council chamber at the
start of meetings. they make new members welcome and make sure that
they registered, ensuring that attendance records are kept for each
meeting and showing invited guests to their allocated seating
areas. They are also responsible for handing out agenda packs and
any other relevent papers at the start of the meeting and thay hand
out the members name plates.
Voice and Influence Worker - Lucy Bissell
Lucy in overall charge of the Youth council and overlooks the
running of the Council.
Marketing Support - Terry Craven
Terry is in charge of creating the Youth Councils advertisement
and and media items.
